Our Story
Hi there, this is Nouha here, the owner and heart of A1 Bakery Fairfield. My and our hope at A1 Fairfield is to provide you with an experience: beautiful authentic food with a Middle-Eastern twist, a place to feel welcome (check out our wallpaper) and a family environment. We also want to extend that experience beyond our shop in Fairfield; whether you are eating our food at home or as part of a function we have catered for you. The story of A1 Bakery Fairfield has helped to make our hope reality - none of which could be done without you, our most cherished customers.

OUR FOOD
We strive for authenticity at A1 Bakery Fairfield, which is why we insist that our most wonderful pastries, foldovers, pizzas, salads, mezza, dips, soups and gourmet delicacies are made freshly daily, either here in our Fairfield bakery or at our professional kitchen in Epping. We constantly love to innovate and so you'll often see new things appearing; our superb 'boats' are an example. We cater for all diets; meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and those intolerant to gluten and lactose. Our main goal is to satisfy, nourish and make you feel at home. Welcome to A1.
Our drinks
If you check out our menu you'll see an amazing array of drinks. We pride ourselves on great coffee and a fantastic selection of tea. But that's only the tip of the iceberg because we make chocolate based hot and cold drinks, icy chillers, smoothies and milkshakes as well as sell soft drinks, Kombucha and a selection of beer, including those from local craft brewer 3 Ravens.
Our Courtyard
Our fabulous courtyard has just had a makeover, done out in a beautiful wooden finish and with funky light bulbs. With the overhead shading and shelter it's great in all seasons; in summer with a pastry, salad and craft beer, and in winter with a hearty bowl of soup and some warm Turkish bread. We have just recently had our first ever event here - local musician James Reardon played some funky summer tunes whilst 3 Ravens brewery held a craft beer tasting - look out for more events in the future.
NOUHA’S A1 CATERING
We provide exquisite catering for private and corporate functions under the name of Nouha's A1 Catering. All the scrumptious food that is available in our bakery is available for catering. We do have a specific catering menu that contains a lot of our products, specially put together to make it easier for you. But here is the thing - we will help create a catering order just for your needs, so if there is anything that you want that's not on the catering menu we can add it. Just contact me, Nouha, and let's provide you with an amazing catering experience.
